FASCA is a national multi-chapter student organization I co-founded to promote cultural leadership and community building among students across the United States.
The organization operates across 20+ chapters with national-level coordination — running large-scale training events, managing leadership pipelines, and building the operational infrastructure that keeps it all running sustainably.
Leadership Journey
Helped establish the organization from scratch — defining its mission, structure, and chapter model for scaling cultural leadership across the country.
Led cross-chapter coordination efforts as the organization grew. Built operational frameworks for onboarding new chapters, standardizing events, and maintaining consistency at scale.
Led large-scale national trainings for student leaders across all chapters. Designed curriculum for leadership development, cultural programming, and chapter management.
Built sustainable operational structures — leadership succession pipelines, national budgeting frameworks, and collaboration systems to ensure the organization could continue past founding leadership.
